I especially loved the cheerful colors and how cute the staff was throughout my stay.

More accessible amenities for comfort.

I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The cost was me$ 56.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

The hotel area was clean, the room was neat. Appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room. Everything was great and within 17 minutes' drive of Midway International airport.

I had a hot shower and the bed felt good after a long day of exploring. Free wifi was available. I appreciated the friendly staff who were nice throughout my stay.

The room did have some noise that came from nearby guests late at night. I didn't feel completely safe due to the people roaming the hallways during the night.

Air.conditioner really did not work,television was outdated

The room had a lovely view of the garden.

The bathroom faucet leaked dirty water .

Hair drier did not work; housekeeper did not replenish coffee. Hall outside doors did not lock/close. People were VERY loud in the parking lot at 2:00am.

The minute you walk in there was a horrific musty smell that smacked you in the face, the lamps were broken, and the lamp shades were yellow stained {yes it's a smoking room, but i've never seen something so nasty before}, the bed was hard as a rock and when I first sat down on it, my butt got damp from I don't know what {and I'd prefer not to know}, there was a hole in one of the comforters, no phone, and no ashtray... Told the young lady at the front desk {seemed like she was new there} that we absolutely refuse to stay there and since there were no other rooms available, I wanted my money back {paid cash} and she said that a check would be sent to us since they're not allowed to give us cash back?!?!? I of course argued that I'm not going to wait for a check in the mail, and that I want my cash back now or I will post the pictures of the room online... Sure enough, 20 minutes later, after she contacted the manager, we received our cash back... It's rather sad that this happened since we had stayed there a previous night, yet the first room was clean, smelled nice, beds were comfortable etc... I swear, it seemed like those 2 rooms were from 2 different hotels... Don't waste your time going there cause you might be lucky enough to get a nice room like the first one we had, or you might be stuck with the nastiness we had the second time

The location is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Need major construction of the walkway and doors needs to replace

Doors knob looks so beaten up and walkway too.

I liked the location and the staff.

The breakfast was a type of roll with butter. No juice. Coffee was good. The rolls had ants crawling on them. We threw them in garbage.

I appreciated the flat screens and new beds.

Hot water in the morning was a little uncertain.

Staff was rude, Room worn out, dirty. Room filled up with Pot smell every night. Cut my trip short after the Police raid.
